El Valle Community Center and Library Renovation Project is Underway!

The Center finds itself in a truly grateful position after having received community project funds from US Congresswoman Teresa Leger Fernandez ($562,500) and a 25% match from Anchorum Community Health Fund, Masonic Charity Foundation of NM, and Patten Energy for a total of $750,000.

With this funding the center begin the process by hiring an architect to oversee the renovation of key items within the center, namely, new roofing, windows and flooring, restroom renovations and more. 

We plan to keep the community updated via social media and our website, www.ElValleCenter.org, as we move forward. And we will include updates in our quarterly newsletter. Our goal is to start this coming Spring 2027 with completion in Winter 2028.
